What payment methods do you take?
Cash and cards accepted at the venue.
What about age ratings?
Proof of age is required for all age-related films.
Can children attend?
Children must meet the film’s age rating. Very young children may be refused entry to certain screenings if required by licensing or where it would disturb others.
Are pets and support animals other than dogs allowed?
Please consult a member of staff for our animals policy
Are assistance dogs allowed?
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Can I bring food and drink?
A refreshment kiosk is available; please respect staff guidance on food and drink in the auditorium.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in good time. Late admission is at staff discretion to minimise disruption.
Can I get a refund or change my tickets?
We can change your ticket for another for the same price. Please call into the cinema during open hours. Refunds are not available but we can issue a credit to your account for future use.
Do you have wheelchair/step-free access?
